Whitney Houston Worn Black Velvet Catsuit, With Her Monogram Initials ”WH”

Fantastic crushed velvet catsuit owned and worn by superstar Whitney Houston, with her monogrammed initials ”WH” in gold on the breast. Form fitting stretchy catsuit has shoulder pads, stirrup feet and zips up the back, made of synthetic velvet. No size tag, but approximate size 10, measuring 51” from front neckline to feet, without stretch. Light wear, else near fine. Catsuit is from the AJ Willner sale of Houston’s items held in New Jersey on 9 January 2007, accompanied by the lotting tag from the sale, a copy of the entrance receipt, and a copy of the inventory list from the sale identifying this catsuit with ”’WH’ logo” as lot 211. Sold for $2,500.

Whitney Houston Worn Electric Blue Badgley Mischka Evening Dress

Full-length electric blue evening dress owned and worn by Whitney Houston, from the AJ Willner sale of Houston’s items held in New Jersey on 9 January 2007. Cap sleeve polyester and spandex dress by designer Badgley Mischka has a rhinestone pin on the structured bodice. No size tag, but approximate size 10-12, measuring 53.5” from bodice, where pin is held, to floor. Light wear, else near fine. With lotting tag from the sale, copy of entrance receipt, and copy of the inventory list from the sale identifying this dress as lot 259. Sold for $2,500.

Whitney Houston RIAA Award for her 1985 Self-Titled Debut Album

Whitney Houston RIAA award celebrating multi-platinum sales of the beloved singer’s 1985 debut album ”Whitney Houston” released by Arista Records. The two photos of Houston that line the top of the award are labeled ”1 Million Sales” and ”2 Million Sales”. RIAA hologram plaque bears an engraved dedication to an industry executive and certifies the sale of more than 2 million copies; more than 25 million copies have been sold to date. Award displayed in a chrome frame measures 17” x 21”. In near fine condition. Sold for $600.
