Paper slipcover is signed in silver felt-tip by Peter Ostrum (Charlie), and in black felt-tip by Julie Dawn Cole (Veruca Salt), Denise Nickerson (Violet), Paris Themmen (Mike Teevee), and Michael Bollner (Augustus Gloop), all of whom add their character's names underneath their signatures.
