''The Sound of Music'' script used by cinematographer Ted McCord, who was nominated for an Academy award for his work on the film. Bound in blue covers with the Twentieth Century Fox seal to bottom, script is the final draft for the film, dated 7 January 1964. McCord signs his name to the title page of the 155 page script, which features McCord's production notes written throughout. Also included is a 46pp. color souvenir book from the film, which includes its backstory and excerpts of song lyrics. Lot also includes program from McCord's funeral. Script measures 9.5'' x 11.5'' and souvenir book measures 9'' x 11''. Script cover has tears and creases to right edge; internal pages are lightly toned, else near fine.
