World War II poster from 1943 urging Americans to ''Turn in your ideas to do it Better, Faster'' in order to save lives on the battlefield. Artwork by illustrator Mead Schaeffer shows soldiers in tanks synchronizing their watches, preparing for battle. U.S Government Printing Office, number O-519953. Measures 28.5'' x 40''. Folded into 16ths. Some dampstaining and discoloration along bottom edge, obscured by artwork. Tape repair to closed tear measuring 6.5'' at bottom, and two smaller closed tears at margins. Very good condition.
