Lot begins during William McKinley's presidency and ends with Calvin Coolidge's, starting with a party invitation from McKinley on official White House stationery, dated 10 January 1900. Lot then includes memorabilia from both terms of Theodore Roosevelt's presidency, with an invitation to a party dated 22 January 1903 and an invitation to his second inauguration on 4 March 1905. Portraits of Roosevelt are included, along with a portrait of Vice President Charles Fairbanks. An inaugural souvenir booklet for William Howard Taft is included, along with a program for the day's events on 4 March 1909. Multiple party invitations on official White House stationery from Woodrow Wilson's presidency are included in the lot, ranging from 1914 to 1916. A final invitation to a party on 14 August 1924, during Calvin Coolidge's presidency, rounds out the lot. Overall light toning and small amount of wear at corners of invitation envelopes.
