Karl Donitz signed 10'' x 8'' photo of the Nuremberg Trials, which tried Donitz and some of the Third Reich's most villainous war criminals. Donitz was a German WWII naval commander who was named Hitler's successor briefly before being captured by the Allies. Signed ''Donitz 25.7.80'' in blue ink at center, photo depicts a packed courtroom during the trial, in which Donitz was found guilty for carrying out unrestricted submarine warfare, and was sentenced to ten years in prison. Glossy photo is in near fine condition.
