A 5'' x 6.75'' photograph of Putin signing accompanies, as does a provenance slip in German, reading in part, ''I bought this book in the fall of 2013 from Dr. Engel Georg...in Munich. The purchase came about through viewing art and valuables in his apartment. As publisher of the 'Hungary Panorama', Engel had access to the Werkundetagung in the Hotel Bayerischen Munich in 2007.
