''Memoirs by Harry S. Truman'' signed first volume. Two volume set covering Truman's presidency during WWII was published by Doubleday & Co., Garden City, NY: 1955. The first volume, ''Year of Decisions'', was published as part of a ''Special Kansas City edition limited to 20,615 copies'' and is signed upon its fly-leaf, ''Harry Truman'' in black ink. Bound in black cloth boards with blue and silver lettering. Top edges green. Second volume, ''Years of Trial and Hope'' is not included in the lot. Volume shows abrasions to boards and fabric loss to corners. Very good overall.
