Ulysses S. Grant document signed as President, dated 10 March 1875. Partially printed document authorizes a ''Warrant for the pardon of Joseph W. Beasley''. Beasley had been convicted of attempting to defraud the Government by keeping false accounts. Document measures 7.75'' x 9.75'', signed ''U.S. Grant'' by the President. Light smudging to signature and minute spotting, overall near fine condition.
