Lot of 24 film reels on 16mm film of Moe, Larry, Curly and Shemp, including behind-the-scene footage from several of their films. Lot includes: (1) Behind-the-scenes color footage of The Three Stooges' 1943 film "Back From the Front" and their 1946 film "Uncivil War Birds". Reel also includes shorter black and white footage of behind-the-scenes from "Kook's Tour" and "The Three Stooges in Orbit". Other footage includes Curly and Moe in costume, and Shemp. Run-time approximately 18 minutes. (2) Approximately 15 minutes of color footage of hijinks, including a home movie of Moe as "kidnapper", with everyone beating up on him when he's caught. Curly doing funny dives in the swimming pool are included, as is Curly with his dog. Other scenes include fishing, a snow fight, building a snowman, playing golf and what looks to be a birthday party. (3) Approximately 13 minutes of footage, including some of Ted Healy. Also in this reel, Moe and Shemp hold up their checks from Fox Film Corp., possibly for their work in "Soup to Nuts". Content also includes the boys in costume and a snowball fight. Middle portion of this reel is corrupted, but footage from beginning and end is viewable. (4-24) Various Three Stooges films, including "Three Little Pigskins", with some dubbed in other languages.
