The Three Stooges signed termination and mutual release with their agency, MCA Artists, dated 3 October 1951. Document is likely a formality to terminate their contract signed earlier in 1951, as a new contract with MCA was signed later in October. Signed by ''Moe Howard'', ''Shemp Howard'' and ''Larry Fine'' as well as by an MCA representative. Single page agreement is accompanied by a letter from MCA, both measuring 8.5'' x 11''. Very good plus condition.
