Beautiful document is accented in gold leaf, with a gilt corporate seal. Signed ''Thos A Edison''. Also signed by Charles Edison on the verso in 1924. Document measures approximately 12.5'' x 8.25'' with uneven left side. Cancellation holes partially affecting Edison's signature, overall very good condition.
