Ticket to the Senate impeachment trial of President Bill Clinton, date-stamped 7 January 1999 and signed by William Rehnquist as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Charged with perjury and obstruction of justice, Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives on 19 December 1998, but acquitted by the Senate on 12 February 1999 on both counts.
