Set of 8 gilt-rimmed dinner plates used aboard Air Force One, in the style of china used during the Kennedy through Nixon administrations. Jacqueline Kennedy originally chose this pattern in 1961 and then it was reordered by the Nixons. Elegant plates shows the Great Seal in gilt at top, encircled by ''Seal of the President of the United States''. With ''Franciscan Masterpiece China'' mark on underside, each plate measures 10.625'' in diameter. Minor scratching to gilt, overall near fine condition.
