Sammy Davis, Jr. twice-signed passport, ''Sammy Davis Jr.'', once upon his photo, affixed to the passport, and the other upon the passport page facing the photo. Issued 19 March 1963, passport bears dozens of entrance stamps showing Davis' travels all over the world during the 1960s at the height of his career, with the last stamp from a planned trip to Mexico on 29 April 1969. Passport is accompanied by two travel documents, one with his passport photo affixed regarding the April 1969 trip, and a copy of his death certificate. Passport measures 7.375'' x 6.125'' when opened. Travel documents measure 6.5'' x 8.75'' and 8.5'' x 11''. Expected light wear to passport, overall very good condition.
