Photo was taken on 1 October 1993 with Bill Clinton and the rest of the Rehnquist Court shortly after Ginsburg was sworn-in as the second woman and first Jewish woman Supreme Court Justice. Glossy photo has a minor crease at upper left, else near fine. Accompanied by large 11'' x 14'' photo of Ginsburg posing with an unknown gentleman, ostensibly associated with the recipient Matthew Curran, who was the doorman at the Imperial House in New York where Ginsburg lived when she taught at Columbia Law School.
