White House dinner plate used in the private residence by the President and First Lady, Mr. and Mrs. Reagan. Design features a white center with cobalt blue rim adorned with a gilt Presidential seal and gilt edge, with rings of brick red and gilt encircling the center. Manufacturer's stamp on underside of china reads in gilt, ''White House Service / by Robert C. Floyd / Fitz and Floyd, Inc. / Fine China / 1983''. Plate measures 10.25'' in diameter. Near fine condition. With a letter on White House stationery from a member of the Presidential Food Service staff regarding its provenance.
