Design features a white center with cobalt blue rim adorned with a gilt Presidential seal and gilt edge, with rings of brick red and gilt. Manufacturer's stamp on underside in gilt reads, ''White House Service / by Robert C. Floyd / Fitz and Floyd, Inc. / Fine China / 1983''. Bowl measures 5.625'' in diameter and 1.5'' high. Near fine condition.
