Ronald Reagan signed copy of the Minutes for a meeting of the Motion Picture Industry Council (MPIC) on 17 March 1954. Reagan signs as Secretary of the Council in blue ballpoint on the last page, ''Ronald Reagan''. The MPIC was established in 1948 on the heels of the House Un-American Activities Committee hearings, in order to promote conservative values in entertainment. Minutes run five pages on five sheets, measuring 8'' x 11''. Hole punched on left side, and light toning, overall in near fine condition. Accompanied by other unsigned MPIC documents.
