Card measures 4.75'' x 3.75'', mounted on the front free endpaper of ''The Guinness Book of Records''; London: Guinness Superlatives Ltd., 1965. Book measures 7.5'' x 9.875, complete in dust jacket. Minor abrasions to corner of card, overall very good plus condition. Originally given by Queen Elizabeth II to her godson Edward Hay.
