Queen Elizabeth II signed diplomatic commission, appointing a Betty Hutchinson to Her Majesty's Foreign Service. Dated 10 October 1956. Large 21'' x 16.5'' document has the Queen's blind embossed seal at upper right. Near fine condition. Accompanied by a photo of Hutchinson with The Earl of Home, Foreign Secretary, as well as with a letter from the Foreign Office confirming the appointment.
