Dated 22 October 2003, plaque features a painted tile representing Fonda's star. Tile and engraved plaque are mounted to a luxurious black velvet board and framed in gold chrome to an overall size of 10.5'' x 16.5''. Near fine. With official Hollywood Chamber of Commerce sticker affixed to verso. Accompanied by a grand 13'' x 22.25'' citation with illustrated gilt heading from the City of Los Angeles listing Fonda's many acting roles. Fonda's star appears at 7018 Hollywood Boulevard.
