Otto von Bismarck document signed, from Berlin on German Ministry of Foreign Affairs letterhead. Von Bismarck signs on 4 April 1888, just a few months after he made the case for German non-involvement in the Bulgarian crisis, a series of events that eventually culminated in World War I. This specific document discusses dealings with Madrid and references the Spanish city frequently. Card-style document measuring 8.25'' x 13'' is signed by Von Bismarck on page two. Written in beautiful calligraphy, document is lightly toned and creased, otherwise near fine.
