Signed by Wright without inscription at lower left in fountain pen, ''Orville Wright''. Orville is shown flying the plane, with his brother Wilbur Wright alongside, having just released his hand from the plane to steady it upon take-off, the entire event captured by photographer John T. Daniels. Photo measures 6.25'' x 4.5''. Block of toning, light creasing, and slight discoloration at edge, overall very good condition.
