Original 8'' x 10'' silver-gelatin photograph of the iconic Marilyn Monroe, taken by Andre de Dienes at Tobay Beach, Long Island in the summer of 1949 just before Marilyn's breakout roles in ''Love Happy'' and ''All About Eve''. Half-glossy double-weight photograph has de Dienes' backstamp, as well as stamp of noted photo collector and Marilyn doll designer Kim Goodwin. Minor buckling, otherwise near fine condition.
