Norman Rockwell print of his Civil Rights artwork, ''The Problem We All Live With'', signed by Ruby Bridges, the little girl at the center of the maelstrom. Rockwell's painting was originally published as a centerfold in ''Look'' magazine on 14 January 1964 shortly after he ended his collaboration with ''The Saturday Evening Post'' as ''Look'' was more willing to accommodate Rockwell's desire to depict social issues in America. The artwork depicts school desegregation in New Orleans with six-year-old Ruby Bridges being escorted to an all white school by four deputy U.S. Marshals. Signed and dated at lower right, ''Ruby Bridges 4/12/98''. Print measures approximately 24'' x 16'', nicely double-matted and framed to a size of 34'' x 25.5''. Not examined out of frame but appears near fine.
