Norman Rockwell typed letter signed, addressed to fellow illustrator and famed courtroom artist Leo Hershfield. Dated 4 November 1960 on his personal Stockbridge, MA stationery, Rockwell writes in part, ''...was glad to hear from you. Alfter all we both are working for Ken (God bless him) and the Post. We couldn't have better bosses...[signed] Norman Rockwell''. Rockwell references Ken Stuart, Art Editor for ''The Saturday Evening Post'' who helped Rockwell develop his artistic style over the 18 years they worked together. Single page measures 6.125'' x 8'' with top and bottom deckled edges. Single fold and minor soiling, overall in very good plus condition. Accompanied by Ken Stuart's business card.
