Neil Armstrong dual signed lot, including a signed 8'' x 10'' photo of Armstrong in his white NASA spacesuit, inscribed in black felt-tip, ''To Carin - Thanks for all your help! / Neil Armstrong''. Lot also includes ''The Cincinnati Enquirer'' newspaper from 21 July 1969 exclaiming ''Footsteps on Moon!'', with Armstrong writing in fine black felt-tip, ''To Rosemary - All the Best - Neil Armstrong / Apollo 11''. Semi-glossy photo has light creasing and wear, in very good condition. Newspaper has vertical fold with tear starting at bottom of fold, chipping and toning; good to very good condition. Accompanied by a letter describing how Carin acquired the items while working as the receptionist at the building where Armstrong had his office in the 1990s; with Rosemary being her grandmother. Accompanied by two COAs from Steve Zarelli Space Authentication.
