Muhammad Ali signed set of ''Prayer and Al-Islam'' by Imam Warith Deen Muhammad, both first editions from 1982. Chicago: Muhammad Islamic Foundation, 1982. Books are collectible as Islamic texts in their own right, here additionally signed by Muhammad Ali who converted to Islam in the early 1960s. First book is inscribed on the front free endpaper in black ballpoint, ''To Noel / From / Muhammad Ali / Love is the net, where Hearts are Caught like FISH''. Ali then draws a heart and smiling face with date of ''Nov 12 - 86''. Second is also inscribed on the front free endpaper by Ali in black ballpoint, ''To Jason / From / Muhammad Ali / Nov 12 - 86''. Each book measures 5.75'' x 8.75'', bound in gold colored boards with green lettering. Some shelf wear to each, with mild leaning. Light foxing to edges. Overall in very good condition.
