Moe Howard autograph comedy sketch signed multiple times throughout, featuring a skit with Moe, Curly and Larry, circa late 1930s. Manuscript in pencil is entitled "Trapeze" with a ladder incorporated in the routine, written on Columbia stationery. Verso of sheet is a typed routine for Larry, Moe and Curly, with some edits by Moe. Sheet measures 8.5" x 11. A few spots of discoloration, else near fine.

Manuscript reads,
"Mel Wolf. Gr. 0294 Fred Wolf

Remember tossing handkerchief

Trapeze

Scenery comes across - boys behind it - on music
all dash around doing different stuff, get up run forward
and hands up for bow -- (Moe) Ladies + gentlemen the next trick hung by the heels
is where I get up on the trapeze and from 40 feet in the air
and drop down head first, the head hits and the brain
and the blood, oh its beautiful. (Music) (Boys run for ladder
bring it on, moe starts up and gets goosed, slaps boys, gets up
ladder says. - I will now do a little chinning - (They jerk the ladder
away) -- Boys bring the ladder (They get it back.) watch your [?] and dice
I will now do a little chinning I will count them by onzies
(Boys) Righto - right-o- right etc - (Moe) wait a minute boys boys. Is
everything alright- (Boys) Righto - Righto right) - (Moe) you going
to start that again, Take it away easy (They take the ladder) (The boys
stand along side with hands pointing towards Moe, while he is trying to
chin he hollers - Get the ladder (They bring it, Moe gets his foot on
the top and says) -- How many was that - (Boys) one says 7 the other says
4) - - - I'm improving, Now Ladies + Gentlemen the next trick is
the toe to toe catch. A matter of life or death, Ill be here for the
next show. Take it away (Music fast + loud) Boys run off get table
and chairs and sit down and do hand whistling) (Moe is yelling for the
ladder and spitting at the boys, they finally bring the ladder)
(Moe) what the hell you think I'm an angel hooked up here.
-- The toe to the catch, take it easy boys they drag the ladder to one
side and take it away Moe is surging up + back yelling, - - - Give
me the ladder, they run for the ladder and follow him from one end
to the other just a little bit late as they close the curtain"
