''Michael Collins'' photo signed across his spacesuit with the moon behind him. While Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin stepped the first human feet upon the moon in 1969's Apollo 11 mission, Collins kept the spacecraft in orbit as Command Module Pilot. Collins himself experienced space outside a shuttle three years prior, when he undertook two ''extra vehicular activity'' assignments on the Gemini 10 mission.
