Margaret Thatcher personally owned boots, a stylish waterproof pair for UK winters. Black grosgrain high boots have a faux fur cuff and interior, with a 2.25'' heel, and measure 17'' tall. No size listed, but measure 10.25'' from toe to heel. Light wear from use, overall very good condition. From the 2019 Margaret Thatcher estate sale at Christie's.
