Margaret Thatcher personally owned skirt suit from the 1980s, likely worn by the Prime Minister while in office. Navy blue cashmere suit by Francois Neckar Couture of London is nicely accented with silk stitching on the jacket, and two pleats on the calf-length skirt. Accompanied by red Mount Vernon silk scarf. No size listed, but approximate medium-large. A well appointed suit, in very good plus condition.
