Each check is also endorsed by DeRita on verso. Checks measure 8.25'' x 3''. Some cancellation stamps, overall very good condition.
Lot also includes an agreement dated 1 May 1964 signed by both Moe Howard and Joe DeRita. Contract between Comedy III Productions Inc. and DeRita allows the company to use DeRita's likeness in association with The Three Stooges. Single page measures 8.5'' x 11''. Near fine condition.
