Apollo 11 crew signed cover featuring the signatures of "Neil Armstrong", "Buzz Aldrin" and "Michael Collins", with the additional signature of Walter Cunningham to verso. The first men on the moon sign the front of the envelope beside their images and an illustration of the American flag as it was planted on the moon. Apollo 7 lunar module pilot Walter Cunningham is the addressee of the first day cover, postmarked 5 October 1969. His inscription to verso reads: "From my personal collection / Walter Cunningham / Apollo 7". Measures 6.5" x 3.75". Near fine. A fantastic association piece.
