Woodrow Wilson document signed as President. He endorses the appointment of Harvey C. Bunn to the position of Postmaster in Waycross, Georgia on 23 January 1914. The single-page partially-printed document is countersigned by Albert S. Burleson as Postmaster General. A gold seal is affixed to the lower left. Measures approximately 16'' x 9''. Light foxing, toning and some spots of bleaching to the top and left edges, else near fine.
