Ayn Rand signed ''Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal,'' New American Library: New York: 1966. Rand signs the limitation page ''Ayn Rand'' in blue ink. This is No. 41 of 700 in its original slipcase. An excerpt from her introduction reads: ''This book is not a treatise on economics. It is a collection of essays on the moral aspects of capitalism...'' Runs 305pp. Bound in green cloth boards, with black cloth spine printed in silver lettering. Measures 5.75'' x 8.5''. Staining to about one fifth of the rear board, else near fine. Handwritten number 41 is present to the slipcase spine near the base. Staining to upper portion of slipcase, else very good.
