Catherine the Great Document Signed -- The Russian Empress Signs a Diplomatic Letter Introducing a Russian Ambassador

Catherine the Great document signed, dated 8 August 1769. The Empress who expanded her country in territory and dominance during the Russian Enlightenment here introduces a Russian ambassador to Sardinia, signed by her in Cyrillic at mid-right and countersigned by Prince Alexander Golitsyn. Large document measures approximately 21'' x 14.5'' with very large red-wax seal intact. Minor wear, not examined out of frame but appears in very good to near fine condition.
