Matte photograph measures 3.875'' x 5.5'' with blind-embossed stamp of the C.M. Bell Photographic Studio. Photograph is mounted to mat measuring 6'' x 8'', upon which Roosevelt signs. Uneven toning to mat and some scratching to photo, overall in very good condition.
