Land grant signed by Andrew Jackson during his first term as President. Dated 10 February 1831, the document grants Martin Sherelock of Morgan County, Ohio seventy-nine acres of land. Vellum grant features large, bold signature by Jackson and an embossed seal in the lower left corner. Measuring 15.5'' x 9.5''. Folded with some foxing along top and chipping at edges. Overall very good condition.
