Grissom'', ''M. Scott Carpenter'', ''Donald K. Slayton'' and ''Leroy G. Cooper Jr''. Photo is accompanied by a letter signed by John Glenn on Project Mercury stationery, dated 21 December 1960, referencing ''the picture I promised'' to a Jerry Hellman, to whom the photo is inscribed. Silver gelatin matte-finish photo measures 10'' x 8''. Light creasing and mild smudging to Grissom and Carpenter's signatures. Overall in very good condition. With COA for all signatures by Steve Zarelli Space Authentication. Also accompanied by a 1958 U.S.A.F. photo of the Thor-Able test vehicle launch.
