Felix Frankfurter autograph note signed, dated 2 July 1960, on a Supreme Court of the United States note card. Frankfurter's note reads in part: ''Dear Mrs. Poole: One would have to have a much poorer memory - visual and mental - than mine not to remember you. How kind of you to write me so generously about my free-and-easy talk...[signed] Felix Frankfurter''. The Associate Justice would retire two years later, after serving on the bench for twenty-three years. Glue residue to verso of the 4.5'' x 3.5'' card, else very good condition.
