Partly printed document assigns land in Marion County, Tennessee to Percy Grant, boldly signed ''Andrew Johnson'' at lower right. With blind-stamped seal at lower left. Measures 11.25'' x 18.5''. Browning along fold lines, small holes at intersecting folds and splitting starting on left fold lines. Very good condition.
