Meeting was held on 13 June 1917, with Thomas Edison noted as holding all but four shares of the 5,000 share company. Signed by Edison, ''Thos A. Edison'' as well as by the other shareholders. Two pages are glued to lined sheet measuring 7.875'' x 10.125''. Chipping to edges and closed tear extending into middle of document, overall in very good condition with bold signatures.
