Neil Armstrong signed presentation mat with Apollo 11 lunar photo, with Armstrong adding ''Tranquility Base / 1969'' after his signature. Photo was originally given to Paul Schweizer, who founded Schweizer Aircraft, at one time the largest privately owned aircraft corporation in the United States, and then by descent to consignor. Photo measures 7'' x 7'', framed to 10.5'' x 12.5''. Signed by Armstrong in brown felt-tip. Not examined out of original frame, which has ''May 15, 1970'' stamped to paper backing. Minor edgewear to photo, and some fading to signature. Overall in very good condition.
