Coffee mug given by John Wayne to a crew member on ''The Green Berets''. Starting in the early 1950s, Wayne famously gave custom-made coffee mugs to the cast and crew of his movies. Although their design differed with each movie, they all had the signature gold handle. This mug reads ''Good Luck From John Wayne'' on one side and ''The Green Berets'' on the other. With stamp on underside of The Mug Shop, the retail store that sold the mugs to Wayne. Measures 3.5'' tall and 3'' in diameter along the base, not including handle. Light wear to gold handle, overall very good.
