Formal document signed by the Emperor Showa, with Japanese calligraphic script and the embossed flag of the Japanese Emperor, unfolds to measure 19.5'' x 13.375''. Accompanied by official Japanese bifolium document that translates the text to French, also with embossed flag at top. Lastly accompanied by original envelope measuring 10.75'' x 14'' with Japanese text on front. Light wear, overall very good plus condition. With University Archives COA.
