Scarce ''Magic: The Gathering'' painting by Mark Poole, one of only 75 examples of artwork for the original 1993 Alpha limited edition common card deck that started the MTG phenomenon. This ''Morale'' card is signed by Poole at lower right, one of the ''Instant'' cards showing a Knight victorious in battle. Rendered in mixed media on Strathmore artist board, artwork measures 8.125'' x 7'', double-matted to a size of 11'' x 10.125''. Near fine condition. Artwork originates from the estate of one of the first MTG distributors.
