Lot of four bill-signing pens from the Ronald Reagan, Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford administrations. Each pen is accompanied by a Presidential letter signed, addressed to the recipient of the pens, a key Republican staff member on the Committee on Education and Labor. Lot includes: 1) Ronald Reagan pen and letter signed from 9 September 1981, regarding the legislation passed, H.R. 3982, the Omnibus Reconciliation Act; 2) Gerald Ford pen and letter signed from 18 February 1975, regarding the Emergency Jobs and Unemployment Assistance Act of 1974, and the Emergency Unemployment Compensation Act of 1974; 3) Richard Nixon pen and letter signed from 13 February 1974, regarding the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1974; 4) Richard Nixon pen and letter signed from 14 January 1974, regarding the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973. Each pen and letter are matted and framed to a size of 16.5'' x 15.75'', except for the Nixon set from February 1974, where the frame is no longer present. Some wear to each and fading to letters, overall very good condition.
