Gerald Ford signed copy of ''The War Powers Resolution: A Constitutional Crisis?'', a thorough examination of the Congressional Resolution passed in 1973, curbing the President's power to commit military troops post-Vietnam. Oroville, CA: Butte College Press, 1992. Book begins with Ford's 1991 speech on the resolution, and is signed by the President in blue felt-tip on the fly-leaf. Beautifully bound in forest green cloth boards with gilt titling to front board and spine. Book measures 7.25'' x 9.375''. Near fine condition.
